We are a family friendly gym that caters for all ages and fitness levels and needs.
Our operating hours are from 6am-7pm Mon-Fri and 8am-12pm Sat
Childminding is available from 9.30am-11.30am and 4.45pm-6.45pm Mon-Fri
We are the best equipped gym in the Valley and cater for the NOVICE to the ADVANCED trainer. Staff are friendly and care about your health and wellbeing.
Health and Fitness facilities that are located in Urunga and Nambucca Heads. Cardio area, Group Fitness area and seperate well equipped resistance/weights rooms at each facility. We have a TRX cross training room at our Nambucca facility that is great to take a run in as well. As a bonus we also have iCANDi Hair Studio on our Nambucca premises in a private setting that has a seperate entrance to the gym so your privacy is assured.
Alex Lawrrence is an accredited Exercise Physiologist that also operates from our premises.
Adam Rumsey operates his MMA and Kempo Karate from our Nambucca Facility and is looking to expand to our Urunga facility in the near future.
We have over 20 group fitness classes per week by qualified and insured instructors at our Nambucca facility, as well as 5 classes at Urunga with more being introduced at a later date.
Personal Training and Programming available at both facilities.
